Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Jacob LeGuerrier Golf, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized golf instruction.

Every appointment represents time reserved exclusively for you. To maintain a fair and reliable scheduling system for all clients, the following cancellation and refund policies apply, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

1. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

More than 24 hours before your appointment:

You may reschedule your session at no additional charge.
You may request a full refund for an individually booked session that has not yet taken place.

Less than 24 hours before your appointment:

The full session fee will be charged.
Prepaid sessions will be considered used.
Rescheduling without penalty is not guaranteed.

Failure to attend (No-Show):

The full session fee will be forfeited.
No refund or complimentary replacement session will be provided.

These conditions are subject to any overriding statutory cancellation or refund rights.

2. Late Arrivals

Clients are encouraged to arrive a few minutes before their scheduled appointment.

If you arrive late, your session will still end at its originally scheduled time to avoid affecting subsequent bookings.

Missed time due to late arrival will not be refunded or added to another session.

3. Coaching Packages

Coaching packages provide access to multiple instructional sessions.

Package purchases are subject to any applicable statutory cancellation and refund rights.
Once a package has begun, refunds for unused sessions are not ordinarily provided except where required by law or approved by Jacob LeGuerrier Golf.
Missed sessions and cancellations within 24 hours may count as completed sessions.
Unused sessions remain subject to any package conditions disclosed at purchase.

4. Instructor-Initiated Cancellations

If Jacob LeGuerrier Golf must cancel your appointment, you will have the option to:

Reschedule to another mutually available time at no additional charge.
Receive a refund for the cancelled individual session or the corresponding unused portion of a package, as applicable.

5. Emergencies & Exceptional Circumstances

We recognize that unexpected emergencies can occur.

Medical emergencies, severe weather, and other exceptional circumstances will be reviewed individually.

Fee waivers or alternative arrangements may be offered at our discretion, without limiting any rights provided by law.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution. Any shorter refund deadline required by law will be respected.

7. How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as early as possible.

Cancellation notice is measured from the time your request is received, not from the time a response is sent.

8. Agreement to Policy

By booking and purchasing a lesson or coaching package, you acknowledge that you have been provided with this Refund & Cancellation Policy and agree to its terms, subject to applicable law.
