Welcome to Jacob LeGuerrier Golf. By accessing our website, booking a lesson, or purchasing a coaching service, you agree to the following terms and conditions, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

1. Services

Jacob LeGuerrier Golf provides professional golf instruction and coaching services, including private lessons, semi-private lessons, swing assessments, performance coaching, and coaching packages.

Services are subject to instructor availability, facility availability, and scheduling requirements.

2. Bookings & Payments

All appointments must be booked in advance.
Full payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Appointments are not guaranteed until confirmed.
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes will be disclosed at checkout.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules can change. However, appointment times are reserved specifically for each client.

24 hours or more notice: Clients may cancel or reschedule without penalty.
Less than 24 hours notice: The full session fee will be charged or the prepaid session forfeited.
No-shows: Clients who fail to attend without notice will forfeit the full session fee.
Late arrivals: Sessions will end at their originally scheduled time. Lost time cannot be guaranteed or refunded.

All cancellation fees are subject to applicable law. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for emergencies or exceptional circumstances.

4. Coaching Packages

Coaching packages are intended for the original purchaser and are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed.
Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Each session is subject to the 24-hour cancellation policy.
A late cancellation or no-show may result in one session being deducted from the package.
Package expiry dates, if applicable, will be clearly disclosed before purchase and will comply with applicable law.

5. Instructor Cancellations

If Jacob LeGuerrier Golf must cancel an appointment due to illness, emergencies, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered an alternative appointment or an appropriate refund for the affected service.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to arrive on time, follow facility rules, use equipment responsibly, and treat instructors, staff, and other participants respectfully.

Jacob LeGuerrier Golf reserves the right to discontinue a session due to unsafe or inappropriate conduct, subject to applicable law.

7. Health & Safety

Golf instruction involves physical activity and inherent risks. Clients are responsible for informing their instructor of relevant physical limitations or injuries that may affect their safe participation.

Clients should participate within their abilities and seek medical advice where appropriate.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Coaching Results

Individual improvement depends on multiple factors, including practice, consistency, physical abilities, and personal commitment. Specific performance improvements or competitive results are not guaranteed.

9. Website Content

Website content, coaching materials, images, and instructional resources belonging to Jacob LeGuerrier Golf may not be reproduced or distributed commercially without permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Ontario and Canada. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
